Jay's Henna Art offers contactless deliveries for Calgary & Rocky View County. Deliveries are dropped off on the following days that correspond with Calgary's quadrants and nearby cities.
All orders are handmade and will require a minimum lead time of 3-5 days to make and deliver orders that are received each week. Please ensure that you place your orders in advance to ensure you receive it prior to when it is needed.

Shipping: Canada-Wide
All orders are handmade and will require a minimum lead time of 3-5 days to make and ship orders that are received each week. Please ensure that you place your orders a couple weeks prior to when you need it, as shipping companies cannot 100% guarantee shipping arrival days. Especially during the summer & holiday months.
Jay's Henna Art offers Canada-wide shipping every Monday. We require that all shipping orders to be places no later than Wednesday at 9pm MST in order to have your order out for shipping on the following Monday morning.
Shipping across Canada will general takes 2-3 business days if you are using priority/express shipping. Days required to ship can vary depending on location. Priority/Express shipping is ideal to ensure you can get your order to you quickly to preserve the quality of the body paste products. Standard shipping generally takes 4-7 business days depending on location. As shipping can be irregular at times and it is not 100% guaranteed that you will receive your order within the given time frame, it is highly recommended to choose priority/express shipping.

Refund/Return Policy:
Cancelations for orders can be made within 24 hour of ordering.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns for body art products because they are perishable items. However, the only reason we will issue a refund for perishable products is if they get damaged in the process of shipping. In a case like this, we would require photo evidence of the damage of the package & product(s).
In the case of our non-perishable products, including our DIY kits & powders, if you would like to return the item you will be responsible to pay for postage and a 20% restocking fee of the order amount being returned.
A Reminder:
Always make sure to freeze your henna cones the same day they arrive to preserve quality. Do not leave them in a room-temperate environment unless you plan to use the product on the same day you have received your order. Henna, Jagua, & 50/50 blend cones are perishable items and must be stored properly to preserve the quality.
